The Cocktail is committed to protecting the personal data of all the people from whom it processes data, respecting the legal requirements on data protection applicable to all companies in the group and with the maximum guarantees of confidentiality and data security.

For what purpose does THE COCKTAIL process personal data? 

Through this website THE COCKTAIL can collect data from those people who want to make inquiries about our services through the contact form and also ask us for quotes on them. The purpose of the processing of said data is to respond to the query made by the owner of the data. 

If the data subject subscribes to our newsletters, they will receive our communications to the email address with which they request registration and until they decide to object in the future to the receipt of such communications. 

Likewise, the Talent section collects data that will be processed in order to be incorporated into THE COCKTAIL's job bank and take into account the candidacy of the data owner for current selection processes or those that may be opened in the future.

The candidate will receive electronic communications in which they will be informed of possible selection processes that fit the profile of the CV they have provided and information of interest to the company so that they can assess whether they are interested.

However, the candidate can unsubscribe, at any time, from the communication reception service through the mechanisms that will be indicated in the electronic communication itself, without prejudice to continuing to be part of the job bank, unless they also want to unsubscribe from the job bank itself.

Legal justification for data processing

The processing of data provided by the owner to resolve the questions raised through this website by means of the forms on the group's websites is based on the legitimate interest of THE COCKTAIL to respond to the questions raised.

The processing of the email address of the data subject for subscription to the newsletter is based on the consent of the email owner.

In the case of the processing of the data of candidates for THE COCKTAIL's job bank, the processing is based on the consent of the candidate when accepting the corresponding acceptance box or confirming their consent by email.  The sending of communications of interest to the candidate about the selection processes of the group as well as information of interest to THE COCKTAIL so that it considers its incorporation into it, is based on the legitimate interest of The Cocktail.

Data recipients

THE COCKTAIL websites may be hosted on third-party infrastructure. At THE COCKTAIL we always make sure that these suppliers meet safety standards and that they are located within European territory.

In addition, the management of THE COCKTAIL candidates can be outsourced to different technology and recruitment providers. Specifically, the provider Lumesse provides technology that allows better management of candidates' CVs. And the provider Hirint Global, provides support in recruitment services.  Both providers process the data on behalf of THE COCKTAIL as data processors and are located within the European Area.

Data retention time

The period of storage of the data will depend on the purpose for which they have been collected. Thus, in the event that the processing is carried out to resolve a query, the data will be kept until it is answered. While if it is a subscription to the newsletter, the data will be kept until the owner of the data wants to request the cancellation, if applicable.

The CVs will be kept for a maximum period of three years to participate in the different selection processes of the THE COCKTAIL group. After this period, THE COCKTAIL will apply its blocking and data deletion policies.

In any case, regardless of the storage periods that apply in each case, once the purpose of processing has ended, THE COCKTAIL will apply its policies for blocking and deleting data.

Rights of the data subject

The owner of the personal data may exercise their rights at the addresses that appear at the beginning of this policy or at the following email lopd@the-cocktail.com of THE COCKTAIL's legal advice area.

If the data subject considers that their rights have not been adequately resolved, they can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Processing of data of minors

It is not allowed to provide data of minors through THE COCKTAIL websites.

THE COCKTAIL has adopted technical and organisational measures, in accordance with data protection regulations, to prevent the loss of personal data or the misuse of such data.
