At VML THE COCKTAIL we look for people without fear for speed. Specifically, someone capable of understanding technology challenges and translating them to our clients, helping them to move in the right direction. Our Strategy Consultants manage end-to-end projects for different industries (retail, travel, financial services…) from a perspective which is far from traditional consulting.

In your day to day you will
Lead digital transformation projects from beginning to end hand in hand with a multidisciplinary team. Manage and own the end-to-end development of commercial proposals for different clients and industries. Identify problems and formulate hypotheses leveraging resources and the ‘know how’ of VML THE COCKTAIL, landing the conclusions in executive documents. Coordinate dynamics and workshops to incorporate clients into the creative process of VML THE COCKTAIL Immerse yourself in the daily life of our clients in order to better understand features of their culture, organization and processes, in order to draw valuable conclusions. Direct the design and evaluation of complex financial operations and organizational models. Lead multidisciplinary teams from different disciplines: technology, data, product design…

The ideal candidate
You have +7 years of relevant experience in a Strategy & Operations Consulting firms Robust end-to-end presentation skills; driving executive C-Level presentations, articulating project / proposal teams and getting hands-on Willing to navigate start-up fast-paced environments willing to rolling-up their sleeves when needed Autonomous, energetic and proactivity when facing new disruptive challenges; clear focus on getting things done Appetite for digital ecosystems Fluency in English
